Subject : Medical Evaluation of the age of Chess Players

     The All India Chess Federation by circular dated 19th February, 2011 had intimated to all concerned that medical test to evaluate the age of players who did not have proper documents to prove the age to undergo the test at Chennai on 09th, 10th and 11th March, 2011. Some players had turned up on the appointed date and got medically tested. To such of those who did not avail the opportunity, a final chance is given to get medical test done as detailed below.

      The Medical Evaluation to determine the age, will be held at Chennai on 17th, 18th and 19th May, 2011. In view of the above the players are requested to kindly register with the All India Chess Federation on or before 10th May, 2011. All those registered may report at 08.30.A.M. on the given dates at Room.No.75, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai - 600 003 ( Near Chennai Central Railway Station ). The expenses in connection with the medical test and boarding & lodging will be borne by the player.

       Player who does not attend the test will not be allowed to participate in any age related tournaments in future. On receipt of this mail, players are directed to confirm immediately to the above arrangement as we need to inform the Hospital of your participation in the medical test.

       The list of players who are identified for medical test is given below. Others who do not have proper documents or who have not registered with in one year after their birth are also directed to avail the opportunity.
